Join us for our PUERTO RICAN Wine Dinner, Puerto Rican Carne Guisada – Slow- braised beef simmered in a rich sofrito base with peppers, onions, tomatoes, and warm Caribbean spices. Tender, flavorful, and deeply comforting-served with classic Puerto Rican side of white rice, Chicken Empanadas, Tres Leche Light sponge cake soaked in a rich blend of three milks, WINES three 2 oz pours selected and paired, by Mickey Deehan of Vice Napa Valley Wines.
